1. Vendors must complete the entire registration form. Any inquiries related to the form can be sent via WhatsApp, and our team will respond within 12 hours.

2. We provide vendors with a large online platform. For venues with monopoly rights, a 10% website charge applies. For non-monopoly venues, the charge is 7%. Caterers are charged 5-6% depending on the area. This includes service charges per event.

3. Vendors will receive a WhatsApp reminder every 7 days. They must confirm booked dates via WhatsApp and coordinate with our team when contacted.

4. Vendors must provide monthly feedback related to the website or services.
